Applying for a mortgage loan sometimes requires a lot of paper work. To simplify the process, we've compiled a list of items you'll need to provide your loan officer as soon as possible. Depending upon your circumstances, you may need to bring additional documents with you, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the application process.

A simple HTML form will load on your PC quickly and you will be able to click through each portion of the application to the end, where you may save it to finish later, or submit it.


If you're looking to refinance, SunTrust's Refi Machine is the way to go. If you're a current customer, you may be eligible for a streamline refinance. SunTrust's Refi Machine will let you know online, right now. If you're not eligible for a streamline refinance, no sweat. For current customers, SunTrust's Refi Machine will pre-populate your application with any existing information your current mortgage records. In all cases, the Refi Machine will guide you through the process and you will be contacted by a Loan Officer to further discuss your financing needs.
